What can you expect from The Wholefood Way programs?
My meal plans and programs are chemical free, preservative free and hormone-free. They are anti-inflammatory, low sugar, low histamine and low in unhealthy fats. They are high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. You don't have to think about these things - I've done it for you!
